Egyptian cotton is part of that ambition, where its origin can be verified. For the current collection, each product page lists the fabric and sourcing details supplied for that item.

Delivery & shipping
- Estimated delivery is 10–15 days from order confirmation. Timing may vary by destination and customs clearance.
- KEMORA ships worldwide where checkout service is available.
- Shipping charges and the available delivery service are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
- Tracking is shared when the selected carrier supports it.
- International duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states that they were collected.
Exchange policy
- Request an exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with labels and original packaging.
- Size and colour exchanges depend on availability. Any collection or redelivery cost will be confirmed before the exchange is arranged.
- For a wrong or faulty item, KEMORA takes responsibility for the correction.
Refunds & cancellation
- Email us with your order number to cancel before fulfilment. After dispatch, the return process applies.
- Eligible returns must be requested within 14 calendar days and meet the same unworn, unwashed and labelled condition.
- After inspection, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the provider.
- Original shipping is not refundable unless KEMORA sent a wrong or faulty item.
Payment terms
- USD and EGP prices are shown temporarily. EGP prices are for reference; checkout currently charges USD.
- Only the payment methods shown at Shopify checkout are accepted for that order.
- Payment details are processed by Shopify and the enabled payment provider. KEMORA does not store full card numbers.
- An order is confirmed after successful checkout and the order confirmation is issued.
Privacy
KEMORA uses contact and order information to process purchases, arrange delivery and provide support. Necessary details are shared with Shopify, the payment provider and shipping partners when you place an order. This site remembers your language and bag on your device. Store terms
Product details, prices and availability may be corrected before an order is accepted. KEMORA may decline or cancel an order affected by a clear error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock and will return any captured payment. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Egypt. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
